Secretary Corner

Last election season, everyone wondered what the Special Council role involved. With the passing of AIP-305 and AIP-282, that information is now available this time around. The community can use it to make more informed decisions while voting people into these roles.

Delegate Domain

JRNY Crypto announced he is allocating 2 million ApeCoin to JRNY Club for ApeCoin DAO voting. Watch his full announcement below.

Assembly Update

With the passing of AIP-347, the responsibility of electing Working Group Stewards will be transitioned from the Ape Assembly to a DAO-wide vote. The responsibility of electing the DAO Secretary will also be transitioned from the Ape Assembly to the full group of Stewards.

Stat of the Week

Over the past year, the community-elected Facilitators and Special Council have cut the average AIP Review time in half. The chart below specifically looks at the two review phases, Draft and Admin Review.

I can't speak for the previous Admin team, but the current group is very organized and cares deeply about the community. They are also constantly looking for ways to improve and streamline the processes. Many improvements have already been made with more likely on the way.
